Hmmmm looks like a RAP violation to me but he's only selling a "deposit" and not an actual bass. Not sure if that's Kosher with EBMM or not but I think it's a violation of eBay rules.
 
I also think that this guy's attempt at being clever isn't going to fly with many (if any) buyers out there so kind of a moot point.
 
I would say more of a "knob" than a "tool". To me, a 'tool" would be anyone who falls for this.

I think he is speaking of maximizing transport potential versus gasoline consumption. So I guess you gotta read the ad in the car with the whole family, even the dog.
