Considering a test move to flatwounds, and have heard good things about the TIs.

I have a MM SR4 and currently use Ernie Ball Regular Slinky (50-70-85-105).

What would a comparable set of TIs be?

Thanks in advance!

texas instruments ... ?

lol :)

TI = Thomastik-Infeld strings. Made in Deutschland. I think the jazz flats are great strings. Have'em on my fretless Stingray.

Oops, forgot I'm in the ERNIE BALL forum... :)

The Jazz flat strings. They only come in one gauge.

If you want rounds, they have the Powebass series.
