Too expensive?

Hi guys
Just wanted your opinion on this one - I just played a new Petrucci - mystic dream w/matching stock - dot markers, no piezo. It is new, but has a dink on the front below the tone control and does not come with case - just the guitar. I asked the guy how much as it does play pretty well (apart from needing the truss rod adjusted a touch) and he said he would do it at bargain price - $1150.00. I think that is high with damage and no case - what do you guys reckon?

No case? Must be Guitar Center! They're the only ones selling guitars that come with cases without them. I guess there must be a large underground case market in the US...

$1150 with the case would be an OK deal, I think. Better yet, give Pete DuBaldo a call. His prices are out-of-this-world!
