After much deliberation over color, (black, egyptian smoke, carbon blue pearl, and teal) I just ordered a 4HH and expect delivery in mid-March. I went with the black w/black pearloid pg. Fortunately, I was able to find photos of all color combos and was able to make a fairly informed decision. Though some might find black boring, there's something about gloss black w/a matching black headstock. I'm psyched.

You should consider a tort pickguard with the black.
I've got a tort guard on my black SR5, and it looks great. I don't recall seeing tort as a pg option though I could have missed it. Yep, I missed it. EB calls it Shell. Still, it's bad enough that I now have four black basses, so the black pearloid will give me some variety. May have to go for that tort though eventually.

One could go all black on a Bongo and not fear that it will be mistaken even in the most lighted places for a Lakeland. That makes black bongos special me thinks.
