We are building a Bongo for The Tragically Hip...A Graphite Pearl HH 4 string...Just thought our Canadian forumites would be interested

I love the graphite pearl. Guess my bongo won't be too special when I order it. Oh well atleast it will be seen in a great band.

i agree...i mean aside from the great neck and body design, the awsome pickup setup, and the absoute comfort of it, the 18v preamp is what really makes the bongo unique...or something...oh well its still a great bass

wait wait. how are you making the bongo passive? would you please enlighten me to the differences in preamps from the active and passive one. i would like to know how you did it.

So does it have 2 knobs?

Yeah, did the bass still have the four knob holes (Heh heh....knob) routed, or is it a two knob Bongo? Inquiring (okay, bored) minds want to know.

And, we demand pictures! Well, ask politely for pictures, anyway....
