Hi, I posted a thread a while ago cuz i was trying to buy trem arm for JP6.

I called the customer service and they redirected me like 3 times..cuz i live in canada.

Finally, I got the phone number for Guitar booth or soemthing? and called them but they said they dont sell guitar parts to individuals. So they redirected me again -_- to Long and Mcquade. I called them and they said all the parts come with guitars so they dont order separate parts from Ernieball. So they told me to bring in my guitar and they will try to find one that fits on the guitar.

But i dont wanna do that. I want the original part.

What can i do?

Please help me out Ernieball ppl.

Thanks alot.

I'm in Canada too - MM customer service has been fantastic.

Call 'em again, tell 'em you need to buy a trem arm. They should be able to ship it one you. L&M won't stock spare parts. Sounds like a misunderstanding.

(Or go try out a JP there, grab the trem arm and run real fast.)

hahah kinda ironic...ive done that actually for the little plastic part that goes on the end of some kinds of switches (but it wasnt for/from a MM, so i didnt feel bad ;) ). although i didnt run out super fast and cause suspicion, i just ninja'd it into my pocket as i was trying it out.

*runs and hides*
