truss rod adjustment, need help!

Hi
New to the board, and to the Albert Lee 90mmm model guitar.

Wow, what I have been missing !

This is now my favorite guitar and guitar neck.

1 problem, I purchased this guitar used, and am unsure how to make a truss rod adjustment.

I don't want to screw up the works!

Also, how do you determine the date of manufacture.
