For those that have seen the Los Lobotomies live DVD/video, what colour of blue is it that Steve is using. He uses a Candy Red guitar for some songs and a gorgeous dark blue/almost slightly purple, guitar for the others. Is that Carbon Blue or Blue Pearl?

Is the following image a colour that's still available then, or deleted?

I've tried the build your instrument section but very few Luke pictures seem to be listed.

If not, does anyone have a picture of Blue Dawn or Carbon Blue on a Luke?

Thanks

That pic is Pearl Purple I believe...I actually have one, w/Sustainer installed. Yep, it's discontinued as well. I'm sure Blue Dawn would look great on a Luke, it has the sparkles in the finish...similar to my Burnt Apple...very cool!

Thanks for that JD. Does anyone know what Carbon Blue looks like. The site picture is of a bass and it looks very dark. I was wondering if it has a pearl effect that produces highlights as the light hits it or if it's a fairly flat colour.

Definently decided to buy a Luke now. Tried one in a Glasgow shop (second hand) and just loved the neck. It suits my hand shape perfectly. Should have swapped the Jem years ago!

Thanks for that pal. That looks almost perfect:D

Definently going for the Luke. The more I think about it and the more I play the Jem, the more I want a Luke!!!

Just time to decide on options now. Was going to go for a painted headstock but after seeing the Axis up close, it seems a shame to spoil the gorgeous maple!

Now have to decide on piezo or not, and colour. Decisions are bad things, I can never make them:eek:

I LOVE the painted headstock!! Just my opinion...
I have 6 EB/MM total, and I prefer the paint, you get to stare at the nice maple while you're playing, the matching head just sets it off, IMO

Good luck man!
