I love translucent dark brown hardwood finishes. I wouldn't care if I had a bass that looked like an expensive dining table!

The whole neck ( front, back and headstock) is Rosewood.

You telling me that finished headstock is rosewood? I have never seen finished rosewood. Wow, I would love to see the back of the neck too.

Evil is that guitar body one big hunk of maple? If so it must be heavy as hell but oh so gorgeous.

Gav I hate to correct the maestro b ut the neck on the mahoghany bongo is stained birds eye maple and really sweet only the body is mahog
