If memory serves me correct, it's routed HH, not as a swimming pool.

There's a single humbucker model for sale nearby but I'll want to install a neck humbucker and selector switch. Are the models with a single humbucker routed for HH?

Yes, they are routed for HH, too. I have one. Had it modded with a SC in the middle
