Just wanted to say that I had an incredibly good experience today at the Chattanooga, TN Guitar Center. While I'll spare you all the details, suffice it went say that a particular item I was looking for was not in stock.
The Store Manager, Chris Leland, and Sales Person, Michael Garrett each took extra steps to insure my satisfaction. While the sale wasn't huge, the $200 I spent today will be the beginning of a loyal relationship with these two gentlemen and that particular store in the future. Chris Leland seemed very familiar with this forum and got a huge smile on his face when I mentioned I lurk here often.
On a side note, and to make this relevant to EBMM, this particular GC, while probably (comparably) small in volume, has a nice selection of MM basses (even has the only Bongo I've played) and Ernie Ball products (got my first Wonder Wipes there). I'm seriously contemplating going back for the Bongo.
If you're in the Chattanooga area, I would highly encourage you to visit this GC.
