Volume/Tone pot for silhouette

The volume and Tone pots on my silhouette feels worn out: there is a noise when I turn the volume knob, and the volume does not increase/decrease evenly. I want a pot that feels smooth and is easy to turn (for volume swells) any recommendations?

Before you get a new one (assuming this is not a really old Silhouette), try to twist the knob back and forth a hundred times or so, many pots clean up dust this way (old trick to get pots working on Marshall heads, for example...)
