VPJR Tuner tuning function does not receive a signal.

I recently got an Ernie Ball VPJR tuner second-hand from someone, and everything works great (touchscreen, volume function) except for the tuner. The tuning interface shows up as designed, but nothing changes when I play a string, as if the tuner is getting no signal at all. Has anyone had this issue? I don't think I have any warranty option since I got this pedal used.

Yes, because the volume function works correctly, but I get nothing from the tuning interface.

You could try reaching out to EB directly. I'm not sure if they do repair work on pedals.
