Numero uno was a Silhouette, and Numero dos was a SUB as a backup guitar live for when I break strings really. :)

For those with 2 or more Balls, was your 2nd Ball the same model as your first?

Yes. Both are 4 string HH Bongos. I've since bought a SUB guitar, and have a 4 string HS Buttercream Stingray on order.

My first was the JP6, and the beginning of my addiction. My second was the Silo Special, acquired from a forumite. I consider these two guitars to be perfectly complementary: modern look and sound + piezo with the first, and vintage look and sound with the second.

Now I don't dare try an Axis or AL...:D

My first EBMM was a Luke II, my second was a Silhouette Special... Today, I have 7 Axes, as Silhouette and an Albert Lee...

AL then Rosewood ASS
I'm thinkin Y2D or 20th Silo next
However my guitar to talent ratio is way over loaded so I'm going to have to win the office Super Bowl pool to think about this seriously
I like the variety aspect, although I don't think the Pet or Luke would be on the list. Just not my personal choice.

My first is a loaded JP6 in Pearl Redburst.

My second is a Morse Y2D in Purple Sunset.

I feel they are complimentary guitars. The JP is streamlined.. the most comfortable guitar I've ever played. Countours in all the right places.
The Morse Y2D has more weight, a maple top, hotter pickup output., and sustain for days. Gets a beefier sound than the JP.

I wouldn't trade either of 'em for the world, though!

And I'd love to own an Albert Lee and a 20th Anniversary Silhouette.

Ok, my first was a Silhouette Special and my second was an Axis Sport.

So to answer your question, nope my second was not the same as my first. :)

Nope for me too.

First: 6 bolt Morse. Second: Rolls Burgundy Silhouette Special.

(And I've lost count of how many have come and gone and stayed since then.)

My first was a Silhouette, and my 2nd is a Luke. It is in the process of being made, or scheduled to be made soon (hopefully), so that definatly counts as a second. After having the Silo for like 4 months I could not go without having a proper pair of ballz. I am probably gonna keep my Ibnz, but that does not count here. That is reffered to as blasphemy, no? Anyway, a Vintage Sunburst Silo, and Carbon Blue Luke. Does that not sound AWESOME??!?!?!?! I'm gonna take MILLIONS of pics once the LUKE comes :D :D !!!!!!

First: Axis Super Sport - second: JP6. Two completely different guitars, but I love them both! The next one will be Y2D or a Silhouette Special HSS...
