What happened to that poor Silo?

No, it's all real but heavily modified - it's an older one from the 6-screw neck joint era. Whomever carved that reverse curve in the back of the body probably also tried to round off the 6-screw neck heel, but they didn't go to the extent that Steve Morse did with old #1.

True. Somebody used that awesome guitar as a platform to produce (we hope) their perfect instrument. Moving the volume knob closer to the strings, adjusting the neck heel, extra pickup switching options (we presume), all logical things to do. It's not pretty, true, but...

The Seller states that the Body was modified, so it would be more comfortable when your playing it sitting down.
The Switch on the upper Horn is a Killswitch. Poor little Silo. If the Body wasn't so butchered, I'd pick it up. It's just an hour away from where I live.

Well I, for one, appreciate it!

It's not for me, but I'm sure the guy who did it got many hours of enjoyment from doing the mods and then playing it - so thumbs up to him! :)

My first thoughts was WOW!!! But then I began to realize that he was modding for his tastes and comfort. Unfortunately not everyone would want the same mods so it's a long shot to sell.
I've had cheapo guitars that I upgraded for my liking and when I sold them I took a big hit because of the kids. It's kind of expected but great to see he took a chance and obviously loved it
