What wax for rosewood necked Axis SS

The chap in the store where I bought my Axis SS Rosewood said there was some particular kind of wax I was supposed to use on the neck every 6 - 12 months. I've search the EBMM website and this forum and can't find an answer. Anybody here know?

Birchwood-Casey oil and wax is what they use.

We were using a different wax in the early stages because we were concerned about the B/C wax drying white in the grain of the rosewood. After thouroughly testing the B/C oil and wax, it was deemed to be OK to use, and it works great.

The grain is pretty open on the necks and subjected to more hand sweat etc. So I would use it on an as needed basis
