...you've had to your instrument? My nightmare scenario happened like this-

A few years back, when my youngest was still crawling, he found his way into my music room. I usually kept the door closed or gated to keep the kids out but on this day I forgot.
So my boy pulls my Taylor acoustic off of it's stand. He then decided that my delay pedal would make a great weapon and proceeded to hack away, no less than 50 times.
Once he felt it was dead he turned his attention to an old Kramer I had (thankfully he chose that guitar). After about a dozen 1/4 inch deep gouges my wife finally stopped the carnage.
Luckily I had yet to own an EBMM because had he murdered it, he would have been raised in shackles.

What's your story?

A drummers Dad once pulled up a cable under my guitar stand, and it fell over flat on its face. Snapped the headstock off behind the nut. The guitar was an Aria late 70's neck thru, multi laminate neck type affair. They were supposed to be strong, but it snapped like a dry twig! All of my EBMM's have fallen off stands at some point, but they keep on chuggin'!

After some songs I tried to pose a bit...raising the guitar up in the air not recognizing the roof is to close! damned that was nasty, guitar´s still alive and nothing really bad happened. :o

I had a really cheap classical for many years - cumulative damage was extensive from years of playing guitar for toddlers and preschoolers - who all wanted to play, too!!  .............and dance on the case..............
I thought it might be worth trying to salvage, but also knew it was on the verge of being firewood so I gave it to Tommy to try a neck reset..........pics, please?
