When Will It Get Here!?

I ordered my DG 4HS Bongo w/Piezo from the local Guitar Center July 31...I keep reading all the posts on here and continue to get more and more anxious and impatient waiting for the call to pick it up. I have never seen, heard or picked one up in person but I expect great things....HOW MUCH LONGER DO I HAVE TO WAIT?

Ask your dealer to call and find out, thats what they are there for. At the end of July I believe you were looking at a 6 month wait. So, I would be thinking more towards the beginning of next year for you.

Well everyone loves thos basses,
so everyone wants one,
so I guess the waiting lines grow longer.

That's not a bad thing though since it means time to ensure quality is respected.

I ordered my SR HH LE mid-May and it's likely weeks away still. I think ~6 months or so should be expected, however it could be longer depending on production issues etc. The waiting gets worse as the expected deliver date nears. It's even tougher when you don't have any other EBMM to use in the meantime. It's a double-edge sword ... I love this forum, looking at pics of new basses etc., but it makes the waiting that much more painful.

Well I was hoping for some encouraging words but I guess goods things come to those who wait....
