White pearl or black pearl?

Well, a while back me and Travis swapped pickguards. Since my bass had a white pickup, we didn't even start to think that it was going to look good. To our suprise, it was actually a sexy combination but the effect of it is starting to fade away. I mean, I like the combo but i'm just think maybe I should switch back to white pearl. Here are some pics.

I like it... I also recently put black pearl on my honeyburst (SR5), just to see...
kinda looks cool, sure looks better than plain white IMHO.

But I agree, it wears off... I'm already thinking of trying something else, just for

It originally came with white pearl but I always thought it looked too plain. Heck, I just might get a white pearl to switch back and forth with.
