Ive been having trouble finding any, or any information on them in general.
I know a couple of you on here have one, and if its cheap and easily installed id really like to get my hands on a SR4 white pickup cover.

can you install it yourself? are they cheap? where can i get one, and will they fit the SUB bass pickup? thanks yalll.

Yeah, they do look very catchy, don't they? especially with a trans teal SR5...mmm

Larry at Aero Instrument is the only source I know of and they are not cheap! I think they are worth the cost because of the significant improvement to the tone of the bass.

Sterling pickups are the same size but the coils are glued into the cover.

Yes, pickup covers are one of the things that can offer vastly improved tonal response, but let's not forget different knobs.

People discount the tone improvements available through knob replacement, but it's no joke.

the or is it?

I find that the closer the top of my socks get to my knees, the more my pant legs flap (unless I've got static cling of course).

One often overlooked improvement is to tuck your shirt in. Better intonation, beefier bottom, cleaner delivery.
Note: This does not apply to hawaii shirts, or to any shirts looking as if they belong in Aussie Marks closet.
