Saw some wipes on ebay the other day and the description said it was an 8" cannister. What size are the retail cannisters? And are the promo cannisters a different size? Thanks.......

I have the small canister and I can't get the wipes to dispense properly. I like the wipes but the lid is a pain in the . . . Oh well, probably user error!!

I have that exact problem. The problem, i think is that the roll feeds the hole in the top of the container from the outside of the roll. I think it needs to feed from the inside of the roll. I've tried to make it feed from the inside of the roll, but it's just too much effort. I just open up the container and pull out a wipe.

The instructions on the seal say to take from the center of the roll.
These things work great and fit in the case nicely!

The first one I got didn't have that instruction thingie. I got another couple of little cannisters today that have that instruction sticker. Works great now. On the one I opened to day, it was easier, for whatever reason to pull from the center. I like these things a lot.

Fellas, If you're gonna use the outside of the roll, maybe you should stick one of these on yer case !

OK - do I feel stupid about having a problem with the wipes. I dragged my humiliated butt upstairs and fed the wipes throught the dispenser from the inside of the roll and they work perfectly.
I guess I am not smart enough to hang here.

Don't beat yourself up about it TOO much......
You actually gave me an idea for my guitar room for when my latest Axis Super Sport arrives.....
I'm going to put them on a roll-holder and call them ASS-Wipes !
