Wonderdog?? Is this legal??

I'm going to say... By the end of the day the auction will be shut down and they won't be able to sell it.

I think you will be right as to the first one [the EBMM logo waterslid Decal.] :D

The second one looks to me like it is the Charvel series of EVH guitars, and so is Fender's problem, not ours.

Well Folks... Peterd79 was spot on and as a result he's won a brand new 20th Silho. let's give him a big hand.

From forum member post time to removal from ebay was less than 4.5 hours. I think Wonder Dog has the system down.

No, but I'm sure he'd sell you one of his own hand made "Roman Micro Brews" for a premium charge. (just don't peel off the label, it says "Rolling Rock" underneath)
+1

Have you seen his OLP upgrades... for a few extra bones you can buy the real deal... what a jokster he is...
ROFL....

Wonderdog . . . . The ULTIMATE eBay sniper!!!!!

It sucks to have an auction pulled, but it's definitely a big deal when you're trying to make a dime off someone else's property. It's like selling stolen goods.

Now, Im just curious but what do you actually say to eBay or the person running the auction Wonderdog?

Maybe something like:

"Hi, I'm WonderDog, EBMM's appointed lawyer. If you don't get rid of this auction I'm going to sniff your nuts and hump your leg."

E Bay has a formal complaint procedure. You fill out the form and specify why the item infringes on your Intellectual Property rights, then E-Bay pulls the auction and contacts the seller and lets them know why.
