Agreed. It is bizarre that he would use the EBMM logos on the front of the headstock, then on the back say it was made by someone else. . . .

I filed an infringment complaint with E-Bay.

The listing still has 4 Tage and 2 Stunden still left to run, so the listing should be pulled from E-Bay before it closes and someone buys it.

EBMM has trademark registration for the 4+2 headstock and shape, so even without the name stickers, it is a blatant infringment.

I've seen loads of these come out of Germany lately not ebmm's but Ibanez "mod" guitars..... seems to be the thing over there.... take a great guitar and F@ck it up !
