So it's a question that is several parts:
Call it what you will. A 6 sting Banjo. A Banjo Guitar. A Banjitar. A Gitjo. Whatever
It's strung with 6 standard guitar stings (EADGBE) not 5 Banjo type (DBGDG), but it needs loop ends like a banjo does.
Inotherwords: Banjo body, married to a Guitar neck. You get the picture. Right?
Does Erinie Ball make 6 string Banjo Guitar set?
Meaning simple looped end strings in sets of six in guitar gages?
What styles?
OK, so let's say you don't have any.
The next question is:
What is the easiest as to get those freaking metal things out of the ends?
And the last part:
Just out of coriousity, do you know who does make them (assuming you guys don't). It would be a huge help if you could at least point me in the right direction.
You don't have to worry about me jumping ship. Ball's are the thing that will go my 48 Gretsch Synchromatic. Somehow, they just sound better (the guitar helps, of course).
