Ah, I waited a little bit asking questions. Lucky for me he didn't ship international or I would have been kicking myself for hesitating and letting it get away lol.

Just out of curiosity, does the trem cover have “### out of 300” engraved in it?

Just find a picture of another. Print out a picture to scale. Cut out the area with the signature and use a silver paint pen. DONE.

Or, just don't worry about it.

I never really paid any attention before this thread but now I realize mind is rubbing off as well. Fortunately for me it did not change the sound of the guitar and either way it’s still a Luke!

Yeah, it still sounds really good without the signature lol. I just need to adjust the trem posts down a bit I believe, the front of the bridge is about 2mm off the body, then it will be perfect.

Just be careful when you do that, make sure there is absolutely no tension between the bridge and the posts when you start turning those posts because you do not want to dull the knife edge
