Recently reunited with my 2003 Sterling after 19 years. Sold it to a bandmate who I traded a '21 G&L USA Fallout bass to get it back. I know it's a tired question, but how can I determine which retailer I originally purchased this bass from? Also there are two references to "Bongo" for this bass from the EBMM dating site. What does this mean?

I transposed numbers within the serial number. When I typed it correctly the description made alot more sense. 👀
April, 2001 FWIW…

In anticipation of NBD post in the forthcoming week or two, I’ll post my Sterling. The last picture looks much more like the Blue Dawn color, but the lighting was w bit weird in that one. It generally has the hue that we see in the first 3 pictures. Thing plays like a dream- Cant recommend enough!
