Help! this is very embarasing

hello im david live in indonesia, surabaya , an ernieball fans and customer

on 9th 2013 of march i bought ERNIEBALL TITANIUM in melodia, trusted music store that cost me120.000 rupiah, equivalent to 12 USD
it was sealed and its impossible to be repacked and replaced by other string

but i OPENED it today on 12th.. tadaaa... the second and third string is partially rusted!! while its logo is "CORROSION RESISTANT"

Im begging you ernieball, could you please give me some kindness by giving new string or other goods, because im irritated with this joke..

if you are care to your customer and their COMPLAIN about your mistake, please contact me at [email protected]. need your response asap

did you see that brown spot on the paper.. it seems this is an old product. that is the rusty mark

As you have your receipt, the store you bought the stings from should exchange them for a new set. The store you bought from is always your first recourse. If for some reason they won't do that, contact Ernie Ball international customer service or the distributor for your country...

Ernie Ball International Customer Service and Distributors

Very rare to have a problem with the sealed packaging but it's not impossible and that's why they have customer service and an international dealer network.

BTW, I love the titanium strings.

At first I thought it was a medical issue, because of the title, and i was going to tell you not to worry, because we all go through that at one time or another.

i redeemed the new one at the store..
i opened new titanium but it was rusty already. the didnt want to open another titanium
