VPJR Volume / Tuner Issues

Hi, I bought a new VPJR Volume / Tuner pedal from Sweetwater not that long ago.
Two issues with it brand new out of the box.

1. When I power up and select the Volume / Tuner split screen mode, I still only get a volume display.
But I want the split screen mode that shows both at once.

2. I have to unplug the pedal and plug it back in to switch modes.
Double tapping the screen does nothing when the directions say that's how you switch modes?

Nevermind, I got the answer on Facebook.
I'm an idiot, lol.
When you select what looks like a "split screen" mode on the tuner, it really means you can just change over to the tuner by taking the volume down to zero.

I don't even care about switching modes now.
I'll just be on that always.
