Big D...I have thought about this prior to posting. Not to flame or wage war here, I just think you are trying to stir the pot to get a rise out of us...... ;)

Yes, he is one of the most popular celebrities on the planet.

Jesus? No. Not even close.

Is he innocent......well, according to the jury, yes. But, only because they did not have the concrete evidence to convict. All members on the jury believed he was guilty, just not enough to convict....sounds like OJ......

But let me guess....OJ was in "The Naked Gun" playing a cop, so he must be innocent as well.

Personally, the lowest form of human on the planet are child predators. I would welcome the chance of catching one of those in the act. I would save the taxpayers some money for sure.

So Eddie played on his song. Dude didn't even pay Eddie. Sounds like Eddie needs to take him to court! ;)

No hatin' on my end. Just the way it is.

Im not saying hes jesus. Im just saying there are few people, if any, on this planet, that get the same reaction that he does when he is seen. And yes I agree with most of what you said, child predators are the worst kind. ANd id gladly help you save some taxpayers money too. And OJ, well its naked gun 22 1//3, its that he won the heisman, so NO WAY he killed anyone, it was his son!....But for real, this wasnt the OJ case. I watched court TV almost everyday or cnn to follow the MJ trial, and there seemed to be two groups to me. One group who was just hating on MJ, and automatically assumed he was guilty because of what he looks like and the nature of the crime, and the other group that actually PAID ATTENTION to all the evidence. The prosecutoins evidence was the most heresy BS ive heard in a while. Not to mention the accusers track record. If you had 20 million I bet there would be a lot of people trying to get it from you.

From what I have seen, not everyone on the jury thought he was guilty. It seemed the accuser and his family were more guilty than MJ. Stirring the pot? Yes, slightly, but only because I am trying to give another viewpoint opposed to everyone hating on MJ cause hes a wackjob now. You all would be too if you went through what he has. Believe me, fame isnt easy, back in high school I could throw a football a quarter mile.

Guilty or not, he put himself in the position where somebody was bound to start looking at his behavior, and questioning his motives. What happend, or is happening to him was inevitable, nothing would be different even he were John Q. Public, except John Q. would probably be in jail right now. Guilty or not. He may, in fact, be innocent. I have no idea really... but he sure made himself look guilty to me.

This is a lousy play on words...

But 1/2 the posters on this board are pet-ophiles.

My view is the worst of mankind is child predators in positions of religious power.
The shuffling of those guys in secret from church to church is about the sickest cover up ever.

Aparently after hearing the jury say "we find the defendant not guilty" Michael Jacksons jaw hit the ground, then his nose, then his ears......

yeah then he went home to his big ass ranch and took out all his multiplatinum records, pictures of Eddie, picture of him me and eddie, and realized what an astounding impact he has had on music over the last 30 years of his life and realized a busted grill (face) doesnt matter much anymore... and we all know damn well we were breaking it down in our rooms to his jams back in the day, so just cause he looks a lot funny doesnt mean everyone has to hate, besides, he did that leaning thing in smooth criminal, no way he touches kids.

Just to get the facts straight, are the multiplatinum records to the right or the left of the porno books?

Guilty in law?

Certainly not. Who would convict on that evidence? IMO, no one. It was an obsolute joke. The jury got it right. I'm surprised some "witnesses" haven't been indicted.

Guilty in fact?

Maybe. Maybe not. But the "Balance Of Probability" is for Civil matters, not Criminal. Criminal matters are "Beyound All Reasonable Doubt".

Do juries get it wrong?

Yep. But it's better to be in favour of the accused than the prosecution.

Recent statistics for the US are that 138(?) on death row have been pardoned due to subsequent DNA.

Is the jury system the best? Yeah, untill they invent something better than the capstan wheel truss rod!

Tellya what though, MJ has certainly been put on notice.

I'm outta here :)
