I just opened a big legal envelope and in it was a check to cover our legal fees along with a letter of apology and a formal agreement from Rondo Music that they will never sell rip offs of our stuff again.

I would have thought that would be in the provisions of "Legal Fees" so as to make up for wasting valuable time for having to take those who knew they were wrong to court just to make it glaringly obvious to them of just how wrong they were.
