What other guitar company can you send an e-mail,
talk to someone who really seems to give a crap,
ONLY AT ERNIE BALL/MUSICMAN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been trying to find a Pearl guard for my Orange AL,
every place I could find seemed expensive, or 4 to 6 weeks
for delivery. So I sent an e-mail to customer service
I got a reply soon after, gave my card # and info and
long story short, I got it in today. Hats off to customer service
Dan really helped me get what I wanted!!!!!!!!!!!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL AT EB/MM!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a Ernie Ball / Music Man dealer, I have to say their customer service is awesome. On the very rare occasion we have had a problem with an instrument, AJ Braman has taken care of us with a level of professionalism that we rarely see.

You couldn't ask for better service!:D

after a wasted day of my life and no closer to getting MY money out of pay pal lockdown. i say i wish i was talking to those kids instead...

Hey Tiff i hear ya. Paypal was doing a "routine" go over of accounts a few months ago, i had $800 in there and was about to purchase on ebay, turns out i had to wait 3 weeks for them to unlock my account ater they finished scrutinising the 2 transactions i had made in 3 years. morons.

Hearing the lock down story quite a bit recently. I rely a great deal on PayPal for monthly income. May have to rethink that means of transfer.

Great customer service always begins and ends with the CS rep, and Dan McPherson is ace in my book.

You go girl!!

thankfully, I've never need to call them. That being said, I suspect the reason Ernie Ball Customer Service people are nice is because their products are so well made, they get far fewer calls about problems than other companies. Less wear and tear on the employees. More on-the-clock Tetris time.

I actually think that customer service starts at the top.......hehehehhhhh

From the inside, yep. But from the outside, from the customer, it's the CR rep all the way. Unless you want to give me your cell number so I can call you when I order that new abalone pickguard? :D Ha, didn't think so. :p lol

I agree with everyone, like I said before try and call any other company's
customer service and get exactally what you want the first go 'round,
IT NEVER HAPPENS!!! you'll be lucky to get through!
