The conversation went something like this:

Me - Hello?
Caller - Hi Pete, it's Thiago, Enc3f4L0 on the EB & JP forums
Me - Hi Thiago, what's up?
Thiago - I want a loaded Mystic Dream JP6 to go with my Lava Pearl JP7
Me - Ok, I can do that for you.
Thiago - Great, I have the day off and want to get it later tonight.
Me - Ok, where are you?
Thiago - Brazil.
Me - Well then, let me get my pilot buddy Tom, and I'll be down in 17 hours with the guitar. (just kidding)
Thiago - Hahaha! Actually I live in Connecticut near the casinos, in -------------.
Me - I know exactly where that is!
Thiago - I promise you a party and lots of hot Brazillian women if you bring the guitar down to me.
Me - Hot Brazillian women?!?! Deal, I'll be there around 9:00. I will head out with the guitar as soon as I get out of job #2.
Thiago - OK, see you then.

Anyways, I wound up driving down and hanging out with Thiago and his friends last night - what a great bunch of people!

Apparently there were *no* hot brazilian women or there would be pics. There'd have to be right? Forum rule #1, "without pics they don't exist" so don't even talk about them unless we can see the pics... dog.

Nice job Pete. I guess that customer service thing rolls downhill eh?

Thanks for coming over Pete! The guitar is awesome!!

I`m glad I won`t have to keep on playing Guitar Hero 2 to satisfy my shredding needs any longer.

Believe me guys, there are HOT brazilians around here... And yesterday Pete didn`t see the best of`em (we didn`t have an official party so everyone was spread out in their own homes).

I`m sure we`ll party some more and have lots of pics to share with the forum later on.

Gotta go to work now. Lots of money to make and gear to buy.

Wow, I'm speechless...great service!!! I have NOT been to Brazil and I have a feeling I am missing something terribly wonderful. Pete is my new Guitar Hero (2).

Wow Pete - maybe instead of me driving up you could bring those tubes and an EB Wah down to my house for an In-Home Demonstration. I think I need to hear them and how they relate accoustically to my spare bedroom:D

I would NEVER get into a plane with him as the pilot. All of a sudden he pulls an Immelmann turn on you and your stomach winds up on the windshield.

I'll think about it, but it would have to be on a Sunday (my so-called "day off"). Maybe I'll make a loop and hit Ernie's place up, too :eek:
