I had to... white pearloid keys to match the pickguard, and solid steel saddles to replace the vintage ones.

Looks nice Pete. I like the pearl tuners

And don't worry, I'm the only one not allowed to make cosmetic modifications to an AL

Now thats cool. Pete hows the sound difference between the vintage and the solid steel. The vintage ones seem to dig into my picking hand a bit. But they sound really good.

See I like the Chrome tuners personally. Pete what type of solid saddles did you use?

Nice Pete! Glad you finally got the tuners.

Interesting before pics- looks like the trem has the flat saddles. Normally those are the 'v' vintage saddles so the string doesn't move around. Am I seeing that right?

I've seen older AL's that had flat saddles.

Older ALs with trems that had flat saddles? I thought all the trems had the 'v's and the hardtails had the flat ones.

thats how mine were set up, but Pete's was already a custom job with a factory installed humbucker, so maybe the saddles were originally different as well

I always loved the pearl tuning keys on EBMM guitars just like my Pets....Does anyone know if we can just order these through customer service?
