Jack is that "jerry " guy the one who told you that when his dealer sells his lakland xerox bass that he could clear up the Dargie invoice?...THe same guy who said that his dealer told him that last resort would be to use his mothers credit card?

Is this the dealer who calls me blow hard and you blow harder? I call him BLew Hard...as in blew his customers hard earned money... Or maybe because he blew too hard on the meth pipe.....

Hey Pete? Did you end up with zero money after selling your Dargies? Seems like a great businessman who can sell 27 custom made basses and have nothing to show for it...especeially one who still lives with his parents.......Thats my fault too.....

I may release that guitar at 7 am..some guys dont know when to not poke the bear.

I was wondering what dealer would screw up and screw over a customer like this. It all makes sense now.;)

i really couldnt imagine how much it would suck to put down money on a ball and then have my dealer bail out and take my money and blow it. I really hope Jerry can get it sorted, and be contacted. and a DD AL to boot! i feel sick!

+1 Rob. Hope this guy doesn't get screwed-over on this deal.

The irony is that we were doing Blew Hard a favor and maybe helping him avoid at least one federal criminal complaint. What does he do? He continues to spout out dreadful crap frothing so hard that he forgot that I just released the guitar.

Boys Jerry is a fake name a forumite used to order his guitar and one who knows that most of us really dislike him and his participation here. He kind of pooped his pants on this one with his antics this week.

I think the best outcome here would be if said dealer fails to follow through with the order that another dealer on here could purchase it and put it on "lawaway" until Jerry can get his money back from the original dealer.

Seems like if either one of these guys wnated it to work they would have handled themselves better

Thanks for straightening that out Poppa. Here we are hoping this guy gets his Dargie and he has a "not so glowing" rep around here. Maybe, I hope he doesn't get it.:D How about releasing it now. And letting Foggy have first grabs. He was interested in a Dargie AL. Ha Ha. I know you won't do that cause you'll stand by your word of 12:00.

I've been reading up on this whole mess on the Bass side and it's turned into a very sad situation. Now I'm not just saying this cause I'm a part of this forum, but the threads that were posted awhile back showed a lot about your character, Jacks character etc You guys were trying to do everything you could to help him out. Now nobody knows what was said in the private conversations between everybody, but you guys didn't do anything wrong.......in my opinion, of course.

And Kudos goes out to eveybody at EBMM for trying to do everything you could to make sure everyone that had orders, got their guitars.:)

EBMM Artist and all EBMM CS employees sign it and then CLB it. It would be the EBMM holy grail.

.....nobody from EBMM emailed or voicemailed me anything of the sort which one might logically and reasonably expect they would instead of hiding it in a forum where the poster knew the dealer doesn't read on a regular basis. This very same dealer paid in full for 28 other DD's in advance of them being made for as much as 6 weeks.

Well, there you go, you see?

Just when you think it might be the dealer's problem, it turns out to be a problem at Ernie Ball.

Somehow, I just KNEW this was going to be the case.

BTW, just so we're all clear on this, I am being a bit sarcastic. Just a tad. A little. Because I know he knew two weeks ago (at least) that the guitar was ready, and, if his memory is not completely shot, he will remember that we talked about it.

Even "Jerry" knew the thing was ready.

I love how he claims he didn't know it was done. So that email I have that was sent to him on the 26th I guess he didn't get maybe?. Oh wait no, that's the one he responded to (same day) and said he would contact us with payment...
