I just got back from Philly last night.

Nutrisytem flew me up on Tuesday to participate in a photo shoot to promote their product. I don't know how long it will be before I show up in their ads but it shouldn't be too long.

They will be sending me some of the pics from the photo shoot in a couple of weeks and I will share them with you then.

My head is so big from all the ego stroking that has taken place in the last couple of days that I'm not sure that my bass strap will go over it at the gig this evening!

So far, so good. Though I have cheated with the occasional beer. I've also been working hard on 'Blue Steel'

My best before shots were of me in other situations than with the band.

I was just hoping that if they asked me to pose with a bass that they would let me either bring mine or pick the one I would pose with. As it was, they didn't use any props at all.
