20th Silo - Koa

Just thought I would check in to let you know my one of four 20th Silo Koa top is still great.

So is my JP6 graphite pearl. The middle position is especially nice.

Now gassing for a Petrucci F-1.

some useful translations for the onlookers:

C C & R's = Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions.. i.e. a bunch of restrictions or conditions as to what you can and cannot do with your own real property, as spelled out in the deed.

HOA = Home Owner's Association .. the 'enforcing authority' of the CC&R's in a particular neighborhood.. the people who fine you when you fail to have exactly two hibiscus in the front yard, or when you put your trash out an hour early because you're leaving for vacation.
