I thought eagles were an endangered species. Are we supposed to be eating them? I'm just sayin.

If fred cooks them Im eatin!

Fred took a little sourdough roll grilled it a little with butter slathered the prok and I was in HOG HEAVEN Thanks a bunch.,..Now I know why Dargie has been pinching this stuff.

I'm glad you liked it. Although now that you mentioned it I just had Tommy calling me looking for some.

I'm actually having some for lunch today myself. I kept some to eat now and have another bag vacuum packed and frozen for later.

Pics? Hmmmm, you'd think that since I had it smoking for 15 hours that I might have been able to get some pics, but I didn't even open the lid for the first 12 hours. After that I opened it twice to baste the butts.

I knew Dargie would try and steer the package his way...
