Hi guys,
I recently linked up with my friends to jam and they like R&B, pop and funk music.
As much as I love my JP6's, I've always wanted to get an EBMM with single coils for more variety.
What do you guys reckon is an appropriate EBMM for these styles of music? I'm looking for a sound like the one in this clip:

The Albert Lee interests me because of everyone here raving about them, but I won't be able to get one readily (unless someone is selling!). I'm worried about the neck profile though, as I love the JP6 neck, and the AL apparently has a thick neck? The body shape is also awesome.
The Silo Special interests me because I'm pretty sure Colin has one in stock. It's a little more boring though.
The Luke interests me because I think I know someone who wants to sell.
Can anyone help me decide?
