Cool looking Bongo. I still haven't quite got the feel of a 5 string, so that one looks like way too much bass for me.

Warning - dumb question: Is the highest string tuned to B like a guitar?

I'm in love... after playing a REALLY amazing Bongo 5 at the EBMM kiosk at A Taste of Chaos and hearing John Myung playing the Bongo 6 again last Friday... I'm totally in love.

I'm officially in trouble... thought it was bad enough that we've got a pair of MTD 535s comin' in this summer but we also have at least one Bongo6 on order as well.... I am so screwed

well, here's to my EP selling some copies to afford windows for the townhouse!! (that means it'd be ok to bring another bass in... :p )

Great looking Bongo btw

Beautiful. But 6 strings and only 5 fingers. How do you play it

I think I've grown an extra finger.
I've been playing a 6-string Yamaha TRB6P since March 1992. I'm very used to it now. I'm almost 48years young, and been playing bass since age 13 (1973).
