I own many different guitar brands........for a variety of reasons. But even though we may love all our instruments, this is an EBMM forum and it should be a "no brainer" that most content here should be EBMM related.
(Perhaps I missed my calling as a rocket scientist. lol)

PS: That Fiat is almost a s cool as a Trabant!

Back to topic, uploading my photos now (strictly EBMM of course ).

I'll say this - when those other brand guit pics were up top there upon entering the forum I was getting pretty ticked off... I don't want to come here and read about someones F----R or I----Z or G----N...and I definitely DO NOT want to see them. I have absolutley ZERO interest in any of those brands. I come here because I use EBMM products and respect the EBMM company; I like to read about all things Music Man. I like folks that like Music Man guitars and like to read what they're all talking about concerning their MM guitars and products. This company and it's people are superb from top to bottom, and that includes forumites.

This forum is definitely not over moderated or even heavily moderated - not even close. Go to T--RI or the F----R Forum if you want that. This site has very good moderation and moderators, that actively participate without being heavy handed. I've seen some stuff slide on this forum that would have got you permanently banned on those other two, so you should all know that BP and his staff are very generous, considerate and patient. I think there is alot of goodwill on this forum.

Let's all help the newbies and show them the proper way.. we could use PMs for that..

I usually don't respond to these types of threads but hey there's a first time for everything. I do agree with everyone here that posting pics of a competitors product isn't the best decision one could make, but I also have to mention that I have read many threads on this board just within the last month or two that are not related too EBMM products what so ever and nothing was ever said to those individuals. Please don't misunderstand what I am trying to say, but I think if you are going to get upset and/or criticize one person for posting Non-EBMM products you need to do it to them all, regardless of whether it is in picture form or thread form. One last opinion before I go, regardless of what product it is, if it doesn't say EBMM on it; it's a Non-EBMM product. If i have upset or offended anyone here I do apologize; these are simply my opinions.

People have made thier points....there was no name calling and we ended up talking about the heath and well being of the forum in the end. (except for Dizzy who tossed a priceless volley at whitestrat.. Its all good)

I dont respond anymore to people that post CS threads and many threads I dont open as it is a no win for me along with me having just too much on the plate at the moment. I had to find a balance.

Thanks Jackie for cleaning this up and thanks for the consensus amongst the Knuckleheads.

P.S. For the record, I have only ONE strat and one Ibanez 7 string baritone left... The rest of my 9 guitars are balls... The Ibby WILL be replaced by a JP7 by the end of the year, and the strat has to remain because it was a gift from my wife.

Btw and fwiw, I really like the balance this forum has, especially these days, regarding moderation and such. A forum with decorum and real folks.
