Yeah, I researched the guitar awhile ago, I forgot it was called metal flake green. I'm still technically a noob to these forums even though I've read posts from it for years.

My company Praxis Musical will handle the warranty support for USA. Internationally warranty will be handled by that countries SBMM distributor.

I signed up on GC for the email notification of when the Silos come in....they responded with this immediately:

Thanks for your inquiry about Sterling by Music Man SILO20 Electric Guitar Black

This item is currently on order and expected to arrive in our warehouse by 4/24/2009. We will send you another email as soon as it is in stock.

I stopped in to the local Guitar Center today and asked about these. they didn't have a clue what I was talking about.

I was forced to correct them when one of the salesmen said, "Music Man's moving production overseas? What a shame."

Aparently my local GC sales people listen to me. I asked one guy (pretty much right after the Sterling announcement came out) if they knew anything about these guitars. I was back in Sunday, checking out a used Axis Sport and another sales guy came over and said "you're the guy who told us about the Sterlings". Pretty funny, I thought. I guess that's how they identify me now. :D

Feedback

Hi Music Man
Part of the reason for me being here is to get feedback on what models you guys would like to see. The models we introduced at the show were the models we felt were a good starting point. Please send us your ideas and suggestions. Sterling of course is going to make the final decisons on models we release, but we def want to know what you like to see.

Thanks
Pat

How about a JP that has a piezo on the bridge and some fancier Inlays and perhaps the old mystic dream paint or a budget Bongo bass??? :D

Yah, Glenn.

I've noticed that both Blackstone and Natick now have used stuff all located together. Natick, in the back near where their tech is and blackstone, before you go in back on the left side.

Mr. Park.....any thoughts of doing a semi-hollow along the lines of an Axis body shape? I'm looking into having one custom made for me...but slightly different shape from any EBMM guitars.
