Murphy's Oil Soap and follow instructions. Be sure your neck or fretboard is unsealed (bare) wood, otherwise it will just sit there!!

But I'm asking which version of the oil soap to get from the link...
Coz it seems like they are somewhat different from each other...

concerning MUrphy's oil soap- Use the original , you're supposed to dilute it. Those Murphy's wipes look like they might work too...

Spud has a bottle in the UK... (shhhhhh))

Hendog, for routine cleaning, the Wonder Wipes are great.

If your neck/fretboard is REALY dirty, then the Murphys is what you would use.

Here is the "official line" from the Colgate-Palmolive group regarding Murphy oil soap:


"Our Company has subsidiaries worldwide that manufacture and sell a wide variety
of products to meet the specific needs of consumers in diverse locations. We
regret to inform you that this product is not available in the UK."

So, in summary, the bad news is, it's not available.
The good news is, they regret it. :p
