FYI for those in the DC Metro area. I stopped by the GC in Rockville, MD today. They still have a nice selection of MM guitars -- even had a 25th. Sorry for the bad picture (from my phone). What you don't see on the bottom are two Lukes (with the non-matching headstocks) and an Axis Super Sport. The Luke on the left was in Ice Blue and it looked fantastic. As you can see in the picture, they still have a NOS 20th Anniversary hardtail w/non-matching HS and a KILLER top.

Elsewhere in there store was an Albert Lee S-S-S in BCB, an Amber Axis, and a BFR JP6 (I think it was black or walnut). They had as many, if not more, MM basses. I saw two 25th's and a Big AL to name a few. The Big AL looked very cool.

I had limited time, but did manage to play the AL and 25th for a few moments. The 25th definitely has lots of tones to play with. Having owned an Axis Super Sport, the 25th is with out a doubt more comfortable. [IMGIMG]
