So, like BP, I'm not half the man I used to be!!

How much weight is it then???

Before:

And after: TODAY!

Down to 165 from 232!!!

Gotta give a shout out to BP for extra inspiration and helping me get out of my musical depression!

All the best, Ritchie :D

Great job Ritchie. Keep up the good work..BP is indeed a great inspiration (in more ways than one) , I probably won't even recognize you at NAMM...(or BPL if you're going) Hey btw, what kinda weird, non-mm bass was that in the BEFORE photo... ;)-Capt. Don

That's the first ten pounds he lost!

Nice work on the weight loss. Now what is that odd thing you're holding in that first picture? ;)

Not to worry. That one went the way of the dinosaur back in January.

It was the last bass I had after the layoff, until BP came to the rescue!

I am safely back in EBMM territory! Big thanks to Rex on that one!

Wow!!! Ok, I am going to try the same b4 and after thing. How long did it take? Did you exercise as well???

Well done!:):)

I didn't do any extra exercising other than my new job.

I am unable to run, do jumping jacks, or walk for long distances with my knee. War wound and all that....

The key for me was diet.
