How do you like the ebony board?

I've always been a fan of Ebony. I think it adds a tiny bit of extra bite to the tone, but that could be the new pups.

That guitar smokes!

Yessir! Thanks for hooking it up for me, Pete.

Yeah. The shift is much more subtle than I expected, but it's really cool. I’m sure I will discover many more colors than just the couple I've seen. There seems to be a small amount of what looks like copper flake in the finish.

Maybe it's the pics; not sure, but the high E looks much nearer the edge of the fretboard than the low E?

I hadn't noticed until you pointed it out, but yes, it is much closer to the edge of the fretboard. In fact, it looks like the neck isn't aligned with the body right.

Think I should call CS?

Good news and bad news, guys.

Good news: I talked to the legendary Dan McPherson and got an RA# for what looks like a mis-aligned neck.

Bad news: I'll be without my Dargie for a while.

More good news: EBMM Customer Service rules.

Quite a good observation, I didn't even notice!

Bkrumme, did you play it much yet? Was it a noticeable problem? Either way I'm sure CS will have it back to you in no time
