Congrats on the amethyst burst reflex!

Just wondering here - thought you cant get used to the 25th? Any diff between the 25th and reflex then?:D

Jimmy,

You are correct and no difference in a 25th and reflex except color and pick up covers, my issue was a physical problem with my elbow that no longer exists thanks to my wonderful doctor.

Glad to hear you got the elbow sorted Keith, but I have to say I am pleased I was able to benefit from it :D That purple Reflex looks 'the bomb', congrats !

Great shots Keith; wish I could make it to Dallas for the show - I've never been to a good guitar show.

Also congrats on the new Reflex; that one looks stunning!

Ok formites just returned home from my second day, will post a few more pics later, did not take many today and well kudos to Derek and Glen, outstanding guys and had a great time at the EBMM booth, which naturally is where I spent 90% of my time. Man my legs and back are tired, dont know how they do it all day.

Saw the Candy Apple Red HH AL go out the door today sold to a great guy and man the color on that one is awesome much deeper than Candy Red.

But still many unique pieces available and some are very limited, made for the show just like the Candy Apple Red AL.

You can call and buy one dont have to be at the show and while I can not post prices lets say these are killer deals, PM if you wnt more info.

I bought a few:D CFB style in full tilt:eek:

Will post them up later in a different thread, now I am overflowing again, oh and feel free to guess what they are:p

Well I just came back from the show, I went in convincing myself that I wasnt going to buy anything, but still packing 5 different credit cards just in case :D

First I started checking out the Reflexes and they were very nice and I was debating which one I liked best. Also tried the JP, to be honest I wasnt blown away but I only played it very briefly. Then on a whim I decided to try an AL, had never played one before...

Well I really liked it! And then I didn't know what to do and spend over an hour I think, carefully coached by Glen, Derek and Robbie, trying to make up my mind. Oh no wait I wasnt going to buy anything, but those three "salesmen" ;) changed my mind, well, actually, I think it was probably the guitars that did :)

So finally, like I said after over an hour of going back and forth between the AL and the lovely green Reflex, I finally did what I hadn't expected (I was thinking if I buy anything today it's gonna be a Reflex or a 25th if there is one (wasnt) I decided to go for the Lake Placid AL, love the rosewood neck :)

Mine now:

Pics by me will follow this week when the sun comes back out sometime (rain rain rain all day, and indoor pics I refuse, I want to make sure she shines :) )

The green Reflex is very nice too (and rare, just 3 of that color total, though my AL apparently only has 7 siblings like it too so it's not too common either) and I really just wanted to buy both of them like Keith would've done hahaha :)

well done Tomcat - I emailed Nathan to see if I could get that via S&T but I guess it's not to be!

So - for the hard of thinking -(i.e. me) - Lake Placid Blue on a HH AL - I can order one in this colour from now yeah?

Man, those AL's really got to me the last couple of weeks, and now that EBMM makes Candy Apple Red (best color EVER!) I'm really hurting with GAS...

Now for an AL in CAR, all maple neck and an EMG DG-20 set ;)
