It has arrived! So far, I'm impressed. It needed a small setup tweak, but otherwise is PERFECT as usual. I'm really digging the 5-way on the 7. And the tone is just unreal. For those of you who have played a JPX 6, the 7 is just brutal sounding. Saturday will be pleasurable when I get to plug it into the Mark V.

Thanks Pete for being a killer dealer as usual. And thanks EBMM and JP for coming up with such a killer guitar!

And Here's a pic to sate you guys for a while. I'll take some more when I get home from picking the kids up.

Looks great. Not sure about 7 stringers. I only have 4 fingers & a thumb. Do you have extra fingers?

Here's a few more pics. The weather turned crappy as I was picking the kids up...so nothing with natural light, but the third one here is pretty cool...it's for anyone who dreams of owning one of these monsters.

Nah. I use cliplock straps on all of my guitars. Never had a problem yet. They get more abuse from my sweaty hands and crazy picking...

Just be careful they aren't tearing up the sides of the body on the guitar (namely the one on the bottom). The little snap buckle did a number on the edge of my old RG7620. That's why I used the super locks now!!
