Set your tivos or dvr or vcrs with the flashing clock. Big Poppa Smokers was picked as one of twenty teams to appear and compete in TLC's new show BBQ Pitmasters..season two. It debuts at 10PM tonight on TLC. Wee will be in this show a little but we are heavily featured on the Sept 2 show.

Being a Texan who was forcefully relocated to New Hampshire, I would kill for real deal BBQ. I order it in bulk on occasion from various mail order vendors, every now and then I get a great melt in your mouth brisket but usually what I get sent is nothing but a tough as leather 5 lb chunk of meat. Nobody's ribs are the same and few of them are even worth heating up again. Unbelieveable what some people consider barbecue.
