Just curious about these...who's selling them? EBMM? amazon? A shop? A wholesale/overstock outfit? Do they have factory warranty? How accurate are the descriptions? Do they come with hardshell cases?

I'm sure they've lowered the prices because they've been sitting around. If I had the money, I would probably grab one of the cheap JPs or the Electric Blue Stingray 5 HH they have.

FYI... If you see one at a good price act quickly! The price of the Sterling 5 I ordered went up <a lot> after I ordered. That's over $500 more than what I paid.

Unfortunately it looks like the price have gone up to a more normal level. The SR5 in white was $1149 and now its <more>. Looks like these were misprints.

Just a note to say that my daughter's bass recently purchased on Amazon arrived in excellent condition, case candy intact etc. The bass was still wrapped in a plastic bag, I don't even think the factory box had ever been opened. 2-day shipping was awesome.

I almost fell out of my chair when I saw what the Olive Gold Big Al 4SSS was listed for...they've since "fixed" it. My guess is the person posting the prices has/had dyslexia, as it looked like they transposed the second and third of the four numbers left of the decimal point.
