True.
Gold.
Luke.

My daughter still doesn't know I've bought this (for myself), and was hoping to receive one for her 18th birthday next month (it's not exactly within budget). :D She'll find out any moment...then I'm dead.

Long story short, Colin made this happen, going above and beyond the call of duty. I'm yet to find an EBMM guitar dealer in Australia with the same devotion to EBMM and customers as Colin. The man is a legend. 'Nuff said.

(Sorry the photos are a bit scrappy...I'll try to get some better shots when the sun decides to return to Melbourne.)

This guitar is outstanding. Kudos (and thanks) to BP, Luke and all at EBMM for building such a fine instrument. I can see I'm not going to get much done this weekend with a distraction like this in the house...assuming BeccaOfOz doesn't inflict too much harm. :D

Congratulations

If your daughter is like mine, I presume that as the official owner you will have the right to clean the guitar and change the strings ... but for the rest ... well another story.

Thanks for the congrats, everyone. This guitar plays like a dream and sounds great.

BP is right...who am I kidding, Bec claims ownership over *all* my instruments!!

She was extremely excited at first...then her joy turned to teen-psychosis. I was in the bad books for a moment, but after she'd played it for 20 mins, all was good again, and I felt safe...for the time being. ;)

ha ha...this afternoon she was showing it off to one of her friends. Seriously, who am I kidding?!

I probably owe you a case of Grecian 2000 for the grey hairs! At the very least!! Thanks so much for going that extra mile!

David,
glad to see you're still among the living...it would've been a pity having an awesome ngd weekend disrupted by an untimely passing.

Huge congrats on the true gold Luke, even if you'll have to live with owning it on a time sharing basis :)
